Job Description
We are looking for employment officers for the National Planning and Assessment department within the Swedish Public Employment Service. The work involves focusing on job seekers and employers and contributing every day to bringing more people closer to work or education.
As an employment officer in these areas, you provide service and support to job seekers and employers via phone and digital channels throughout the country. In National Assessment and Planning, the mission is to meet new job seekers for an initial assessment and planning, as well as to be responsible for matching to work or education and making decisions. The work requires a structured approach in a daily routine with scheduled tasks.

Basic requirements for the position
- University/higher education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
- Alternatively, have worked at the Swedish Public Employment Service as an employment officer, decision maker, customer resource, case officer, or service officer
And
- At least 2 years of work experience, working at least 50 percent over a total of two years
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, i.e., good ability to communicate in speech and writing, as well as high reading comprehension
Other merits for the position
- Worked at least 1 year in a government agency
- Worked at least 1 year with guidance towards work and/or studies
- Experience in providing support and service via phone and digital channels
- Other equivalent experience

Our offer
The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. The place of employment is Söderhamn.
