About the Position
This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting for 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at PreZero. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

They offer effective waste and recycling solutions with a focus on customer needs and long-term sustainability. They collect and manage residual materials from customers' operations through recycling and/or energy recovery.

In Sweden, they operate at approximately 60 locations, have over 1,100 employees, more than 50 recycling and reception facilities, and manage waste in around 40 Swedish municipalities. Their operations create value not only for the customers they provide recycling services to but also for the manufacturing industry and energy sector by refining waste into valuable raw materials for new production.

💼 Job Responsibilities
In this role, your primary task will be to receive incoming calls and register orders in the business system. You will gradually grow into more administrative tasks. You will work in Google Workspace and be a central point of contact for both customers and colleagues.
You will be responsible for invoicing according to agreements, ongoing order and price administration, as well as registering complaints and deviations. You will also produce statistics on inflows and outflows from the facilities and participate in the monthly closing work by following up on completed transports and emptyings. If necessary, you will also support the operations in the weighing facility.
To ensure a secure start, you will receive a thorough introduction.
Main Job Responsibilities:
Receive calls and register orders
Administer invoices and finance-related tasks
Produce statistics on inflows and outflows
Register customers and incoming cases in the CRM system
Respond to emails and incoming inquiries
Collaborate with other administrators and internal departments
🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Very good computer and system skills
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Experience in an administrative/service role
Experience in a similar role is an advantage
Relevant education in logistics is an advantage
