Job Description

At Randstad, we are proactively seeking skilled customer service representatives for future full-time consulting assignments with our exciting clients. This is an expression of interest for upcoming assignments where you will be the voice of the companies.

We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills, accustomed to working in various case management systems, and comfortable using the phone as your primary work tool. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and ready to provide first-class service.

As a consultant at Randstad, you are employed by us and work on-site with one of our clients. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries and provide first-class service to customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Answer questions, solve problems, and provide clear instructions
  • Administer and document cases in various case management systems
  • If necessary, escalate or forward cases to the appropriate person or department

Qualifications

  • You have previous experience in customer service or another service role
  • You are comfortable working with the phone as a work tool
  • You have strong administrative skills and experience working in various case management systems
  • You are distinctly service-oriented, solution-focused, and communicative
  • You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
