About the Position

We are now looking for driven and goal-oriented meeting bookers for our office in Vallvik (Söderhamn area).

In the role of meeting booker, you will be responsible for contacting customers by phone and scheduling meetings for our ventilation technicians.

You will work in a positive team where you will receive support, coaching, and opportunities for development.

The work takes place from our office in Vallvik in a pleasant environment alongside engaged colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Call homeowners and housing associations to schedule customer meetings.
• 
  
• Follow up on previous contacts and work systematically towards set goals.
• 
  
• Represent Ventak AB in a professional and friendly manner in every call.
• 
  
• Contribute to a good team spirit and positive atmosphere in the office.

We are looking for someone who

• Finds it easy to talk to people and build trust quickly.
• 
  
• Is results-oriented, positive, and enjoys challenges.
• 
  
• Has basic computer skills.
• 
  
• Experience in sales or meeting booking is a plus but not a requirement – we will train you!

We offer

• Probationary employment for 3 months with the possibility of permanent employment.
• 
  
• Fixed salary of 25,000 SEK/month including vacation pay upon achieving goals
• 
  
• If the goal is not met, a commission salary will apply
• 
  
• Full training, coaching, and ongoing support.
• 
  
• Opportunities for advancement within the company, e.g., sales coach or team leader.

Salary

• Fixed salary of 25,000 SEK/month upon achieving goals

• Commission of 300 SEK per booking + vacation pay if the goal is not met
