About the Job

TSG Forwarding AB is a freight forwarding company located just outside Gävle port. The company was founded in 1979 and has been owned by the same family until it was sold in 2020, but the family continues to be part of the company in various roles. TSG Forwarding operates in all areas of logistics with a particular fondness for shipping and containers. In 2025, we handled approximately 8000 20-foot containers and had a turnover of 400 million SEK.

In the role of freight forwarder, you will be responsible for planning, booking, customs handling, and follow-up of transports for our customers. You will primarily handle goods and bookings that are loaded and transported by truck and in containers, as well as manage warehouses for our customers. You will work and collaborate in a smaller team with other freight forwarders at our office in Gävle. Close to our office are the warehouses that we manage. Daily visits to our warehouses are necessary, therefore holding a B driver's license is a requirement.

This is a profession with a high degree of service, and together with your colleagues, you will work with our foreign and Swedish customers and suppliers to meet their demands and deadlines. The work can sometimes be fast-paced and involves several different parts, which means that workdays often differ from each other. Being flexible in your tasks is therefore important!

The work takes place on-site at our office in Gävle. Working hours are between 8 AM and 5 PM.

As a new employee, you will receive an introductory training from one of our experienced freight forwarders. The work will then continue together with the same colleagues.

Requirements:

• B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
