Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for several customer service representatives for our client in Ljusdal, starting in the winter/spring. In your daily work, you will work towards the group's set goals for service and customer satisfaction. Your main tool is the phone, where you will answer incoming calls, but you will also handle inquiries via email and chat.

You will be part of a cheerful team that has a genuine interest in service, while being in a developing and learning environment. The customer service team actively works to provide every customer with a positive experience.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in service, perhaps from another industry, who is now ready to take the next step and try something new. To succeed in this role, you are driven by meeting and helping customers in a professional manner and motivated by working towards set goals. You are communicative and have an easy time understanding the customer's needs and are attentive to both customers and your colleagues.

A high school diploma is required, and post-secondary education and/or experience in customer service is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English. Other language skills are a plus.
