We are looking for a Senior Procurement Professional for an assignment in the energy sector located in Ludvika. The role is suitable for you who have extensive experience in purchasing and sourcing in complex organizations and who want to work broadly with both direct and indirect procurement in an international environment. The assignment combines operational responsibility with elements of strategic purchasing work and collaboration across multiple functions.

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the procurement of goods and services required for the business, both in indirect procurement such as office equipment, IT, travel, maintenance, and machine parts, as well as direct procurement related to production, manufacturing, and construction. You work with the entire procurement process from sourcing and supplier selection to price and contract negotiations, order management, contract administration, and follow-up of supplier performance. The role may also include strategic sourcing work as well as project and process management where you work independently with limited supervision.

You deliver effective and quality-assured procurement solutions that meet the business needs, well-negotiated contracts, and stable supplier relationships. You contribute to structure, compliance, and improved procurement processes and act as support and coach to more junior colleagues within the procurement organization.

• Several years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement in larger organizations • Experience in both direct and indirect procurement • Good negotiation skills and experience in supplier management • Ability to work independently with complex issues • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English

• Experience in strategic sourcing work • Experience from the energy, industrial, or manufacturing sector • Experience in leading or coordinating projects and processes • Familiarity with coaching or reviewing work from more junior purchasers
