As a recruitment consultant focusing on direct recruitment, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and requirements profile to search, interviews, reference checks, and placement. You work closely with clients to understand their business and ensure the right long-term match.

You build strong relationships with both candidates and clients and deliver high-quality and precise recruitments.

About the position

As a recruitment consultant with us, you will focus on direct recruitment and be responsible for the entire recruitment process within industry and logistics. You ensure that the right competence matches the right employer and that our clients receive high quality in every placement. You report directly to the Regional Director.

In this role, you will be responsible for needs analysis, requirements profile, search, interviews, selection, reference checks, and placement. You will have ongoing contact with both candidates and clients and work closely with our internal teams to create long-term and successful collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the entire direct recruitment process – from needs analysis to placement

• Conduct requirements profile work in close dialogue with the client

• Search, attract, and contact relevant candidates

• Interview, evaluate, and quality assure candidates

• Conduct reference checks and tests as needed

• Present candidates to the client and support in the decision-making process

• Build and develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Actively follow up after completed recruitment

• Contribute to business development within recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience working with direct recruitment, preferably within industry, logistics, or related fields

• Ability to independently drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish

• Good experience in search and headhunting through various channels

• Ability to build and develop long-term client relationships

• Experience with competency-based interview techniques is an advantage

• Good administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner

• Business-minded and results-oriented with a focus on quality

• Very good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish, English is an advantage

• Good computer skills and experience with recruitment systems
