The Social Care Division has the ultimate responsibility for children, youth, adults, and the elderly who need support. Our work plays a significant role in many people's lives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Within Support Services, there are four personnel planners and one schedule planner who work together and are located at Östra Rundgatan 11.

The primary task is to staff short-term absences and absences of up to three months that occur in our units.

The planning is based on laws, routines, and collective agreements that contribute to continuity and a good working environment in the operations. Tasks related to recruitment are included in the assignment, and other administrative tasks may also occur. During a workday, much can change, and you may need to adapt to changing circumstances, thriving in change and being able to reprioritize.

This job involves close contact with managers, employees, and short-term substitutes. Your immediate supervisor will be the area manager for the area you are responsible for.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma and good IT skills. You must be able to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish. You think innovatively and want to help further develop our staffing methods. It is often very busy, which means you need to remain calm and focus on the right things, even when stressful or pressured situations may arise. You enjoy challenges and are good at logistics, as well as being able to prioritize among your tasks.

You should be meticulous and enjoy alternating between working independently and in a team. Communication is essential for success in your role, and you need to have a strong sense of service. You will need to convey both good and less favorable news to employees and handle it well.

The work requires good knowledge of laws and agreements (labor law, working time regulations, etc.). Previous experience in administrative work with staffing and/or personnel administrative systems is highly meritorious. The systems you will primarily work in are BeSched, min lön, and Visma Recruit.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
