We are looking for instructors based in Eskilstuna for the Rusta and Matcha 2 assignment.

Job Responsibilities

The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• You will work outwardly with corporate contacts daily. You have a large network that you actively cultivate to create and develop long-term relationships. Through close collaboration and engagement, you know what the employers' needs are and can thus match job seekers according to those needs.
• Mapping the profiles of job seekers. We work with a broad target group, and many are far from the labor market. It is important that you see the potential and believe in everyone's ability. Our vision is 100% employed. It is our job to match correctly.
• You are a personal trainer in job searching. This means you provide job seekers with tools to find employment. This includes workshops, individual conversations, and company visits. Everyone here works focused on matching to find the fastest route to a job or education with results in focus.

Formal Qualifications

• At least 120 higher education credits (80 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent credits from vocational higher education in relevant fields, such as labor, organizational development, human resources, or business administration. You also have two years of work experience from the last five years.

Alternatively

• At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with passing results. In that case, you should have at least three years of relevant work experience from the last five years. You may have worked with recruitment, staffing, career guidance, personnel management with staff responsibility, or transition.

Background

• You have good knowledge of the labor market's needs and a well-established network with employers.
• It is advantageous if you have previously worked in the staffing industry or assignments within the Employment Service.
• You communicate clearly in Swedish and English. It is a merit if you speak Arabic.
