About the position

As an Operational Team Leader, you will work closely with the consulting manager and serve as an important link between the client and employees. You will have a supportive and coordinating role where you ensure that the daily work runs smoothly and efficiently.

The role is both operational and administrative. You will be involved in practical warehouse work – such as picking and packing – while also supporting follow-up, planning, and daily dialogue with the consulting manager and client.

Responsibilities

• Support the consulting manager in daily operations

• Be the contact person at the client's site

• Lead and coach team members

• Work operationally with picking and packing as needed

• Follow up on attendance, performance, and quality

• Handle certain administration related to the client and staffing

• Ensure that work is performed according to set goals and routines

About you

Requirements

• You are at least 18 years old

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Driver's license B and access to a car

Meritorious

• Previous experience in a leadership or coordinating role

• Experience in administration

• Forklift license A1–4 and B1–4

• Experience in warehouse work, such as picking and packing
