Develop the administration with us
Do you want to help develop the Social and Care Administration – an administration in development? We are looking for a Business Strategist who wants to make a difference! As our current Business Strategist moves on to a new assignment within the administration, we are looking for you who want to take over and continue developing our operations. In this role, you will have a central and strategically important function where you work with follow-up, analysis, and development of our results. You are responsible for coordinating and producing quarterly reports, interim and annual accounts, and serving as a presenter in committees. Responsibilities
In the role of Business Strategist, you support the administration leadership and committees in matters concerning governance, planning, follow-up, analysis, and operational development. The role has a specific responsibility for coordinating, quality assuring, and writing the committees' quarterly reports, interim reports, and annual accounts, as well as contributing to the development of the administration's governance and goal follow-up. You work in close collaboration with the Administration Director.
The role includes, among other things:
- Support administration leadership and operations in working with goals, governance, and follow-up.
- Initiate and drive development initiatives to strengthen quality, efficiency, and goal achievement.
- Analyze operational results, trends, and external factors affecting the committees' areas of operation.
- Prepare decision-making materials and analyses for leadership and committees.
- Be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the work with quarterly reports, interim reports, and annual accounts for three committees.
- Compose, compile, and quality assure report texts.
- Present reports and analyses to management groups and committees.
- Follow up on the committees' goals, indicators, and assignments.
- Produce statistics, key figures, and analysis materials as support for operational governance and prioritization.
- Be a qualified support to managers and operational heads in matters concerning governance, follow-up, and development.
- Collaborate with economists, quality developers, HR specialists, and other functions within the municipality.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have an academic degree in public administration, political science, economics, social sciences, or other education and experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience in qualified strategic work and are accustomed to working with operational development, investigations, or follow-up in complex operations.
To succeed in the role, you have very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You also have experience working in a politically governed organization and a good understanding of the conditions that characterize public operations. A B-class driver's license is a requirement for the position. Experience working in Hypergene is meritorious.
As a person, you are self-reliant and take responsibility for driving your work forward in a structured and result-oriented manner. You have a good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work and to create clear working methods and processes. You have a strategic approach and the ability to see issues in a larger context. Through your analytical ability, you can handle complex issues, identify connections, and contribute to well-founded decisions. You also have a good holistic view and understanding of how different parts of the operation affect each other and the organization's long-term development.

Interviews for this recruitment will be conducted in week 33.
