Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:

• Handling invoicing, supplier invoices, and financial follow-up.
• Ensuring an efficient invoice flow and correct accounting entries.
• Managing inventory, stocktaking, and monitoring inventory value.
• Ordering spare parts and supporting master mechanics in planning and administration.
• Monitoring work orders, purchases, and billable hours.
• Documenting deviations, analyzing areas for improvement, and developing routines.
• Conducting customer follow-ups and working to enhance the customer experience.

You will work closely with our master mechanics, company management, and our external financial partner.

This is a broad and varied position with significant autonomy. You will combine administration and finance with a hands-on approach to business operations, playing a key role in developing our processes and contributing to Mekomek's continued growth and profitability.
