Do you want to be the first person our customers and patients meet – while playing a crucial role in creating a safe and welcoming experience? We are now looking for an engaged, warm, and service-oriented receptionist who wants to become the hub of operations at AniCura Strängnäs Animal Clinic.

AniCura Strängnäs Animal Clinic
We are an established clinic with approximately 12 dedicated and competent employees who together create a workplace characterized by community, joy in work, and care. We offer qualified veterinary care within surgery, medical investigations, dentistry, preventive healthcare, and emergency treatment.
Our team currently consists of veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and animal care assistants who all share the same passion – to provide our patients with the best possible care and our customers with professional and warm service.

About the Role
As a receptionist, you are the face of the clinic and a central part of our operations. You greet our customers and patients with warmth, professionalism, and engagement, while ensuring that the daily flow at the clinic runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Customer reception and service at the front desk.
- Scheduling and administration of patient visits.
- Handling phone calls and emails.
- Administrative tasks related to patient flow.
- Collaboration with veterinarians and animal care staff to create the best possible experience for our patients and their owners.
The role is varied and social, and suits you if you thrive with many contact points and appreciate a fast-paced environment.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for you who are passionate about service, have a genuine interest in animals, and enjoy working together with others.
We would like you to have:
- Experience working at an animal clinic or veterinary hospital, and thus an understanding of the operational flows.
- Experience in service and customer interaction.
- Good computer skills and preferably experience with the medical record system PVC.
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
It is an advantage if you have education within veterinary care, for example as an animal care assistant.
