Do you want to work in a central and business-oriented role where analysis, data insights, and business development are in focus? We are now looking for an engaged and analytical Business and Sales Analyst who wants to contribute to strengthening our sales operations through qualified analyses, forecasts, and decision support. The role is based in Eskilstuna and reports to the Head of Sales Support.

As a Business and Sales Analyst, you will become a key figure in the work of transforming data into business value. You will work closely with sales support, sales management, and marketing functions to ensure that the business has access to relevant analyses, forecasts, and reports that support strategic and operational decisions. This role is suitable for you if you thrive working independently, have a strong interest in data analysis, and want to help develop methods, processes, and reporting within the sales area.

Your main responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager and Head of Sales Support in the forecasting and volume planning process.
• Be the key person for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in pre-sales and support salespeople and sales management in its use, in consultation with the Business Process Manager (BPM).
• Analyze relevant data from CRM and total market statistics and provide the Sales Management with information.
• Follow up on post-calculations and report deviations to relevant parties within sales management.
• Be responsible for Power BI in pre-sales, create and maintain reports and dashboards. Ensure the process for correct data.
• Act as controller for pre-sales inventory.
• Support rolling inventories within pre-sales.
• Provide support as needed at central and local events.

To succeed and thrive in the role

Do you have:

• An economics education at the university level, or alternatively, work experience considered relevant for the position.
• Experience with business and support systems such as Experlogix, FNO, D365, and Exflow.
• Very good skills in Excel and Power BI. Experience with Power Query is an advantage.
• Very strong analytical skills as well as a structured and meticulous working method.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
