We are currently looking for a Business Controller / Financial Analyst for one of our clients in the automotive industry in Eskilstuna. Here you will have a central role in supporting the business with qualified financial analysis and contributing to profitable decisions in an international environment.

About the Role

The assignment involves a broad and business-close role within controlling, where you work in a manufacturing industrial environment. You will drive financial follow-up, analyze the business's results, and actively contribute to improvements in both processes and profitability. The role involves many contact surfaces, both locally and internationally, where you support managers in decision-making.

Responsibilities

You will work in a business-close role where you analyze, follow up, and develop financial control. The work is carried out in close collaboration with production and management, focusing on profitability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will actively contribute insights that support business decisions. Your tasks include:

  • Responsible for financial follow-up and analysis of business results
  • Work with budgets, forecasts, and ongoing estimates
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure correct and timely reporting according to internal guidelines
  • Follow up and analyze key performance indicators related to production and business
  • Contribute financial expertise in projects and investment calculations
  • Drive and participate in improvement initiatives within Business Control

Who are you?

As a person, you are self-reliant, communicative, and confident in presenting your analyses and recommendations.

Requirements and Merits

  • University degree in Economics or equivalent
  • Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis
  • Experience from manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Good familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up work
  • Strong analytical skills and good system proficiency
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly and in a business-relevant manner
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
