We are looking for a School Administrator

We are now seeking a School Administrator who wants to help continue developing our upper secondary school in Eskilstuna. In this role, you will work closely with the Principal and Deputy Principal, as well as collaborate with other staff. You will become a key link in the school's organization and be responsible for supporting operations with various administrative tasks.

A central part of the role involves working in our administrative systems, where you contribute to creating structure and quality in the school's processes. Duties may include student and personnel administration such as CSN reporting and grade registration, working with study plans, economic and system support, and providing service to students, staff, and school leadership regarding daily operations. The role also includes coordinating daily substitute teacher arrangements. The assignment may additionally involve coordinating practical matters related to the school's buildings and physical environment.

After the summer, we will implement a new school administrative system, SchoolSoft. As part of the position, you will play a key role in the implementation and help ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role, we require:

  • Experience in administrative work within the school sector.
  • Proficiency in working with digital systems and administrative tools within school administration.
  • Excellent ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

The following are considered meritorious:

  • Knowledge of upper secondary school steering documents and regulations.
  • Experience working with SchoolSoft.
  • Experience working with vocational programs in upper secondary school.
  • Knowledge or experience with school scheduling software.
  • Post-secondary education with a focus on administration or equivalent.

The position is a permanent employment of 80–100% depending on qualifications. We apply a 6-month probation period.
