The team, currently consisting of two employees and a manager, works to provide support and service to our guardians and supports our three preschools in a variety of areas.
British Mini Support is a very important and appreciated internal support function, and every day we contribute to the success of the operations through our professional and heartfelt support, which enables the preschools to focus on their core mission and create the best possible learning environment for our children.
Responsibilities
The role involves varied tasks and own areas of responsibility within the administrative part, where you will quickly become the "hub" of the network. You will have a central and cohesive function for the preschool staff and will be responsible for, among other things:
- Access control systems
- Purchasing of consumable materials
- Assisting staff with logins to various operational systems
- Administrative support to managers during the onboarding of new employees
Together with your team colleague, you will also be the face of the company, receiving visitors at our reception, as well as answering phone calls and incoming emails from guardians and staff.
The duties also include continuously reviewing opportunities for improvement and developing internal routines and processes related to the assignment.
Qualifications
To thrive with us and succeed in the role, we believe you need to have a high level of service, good collaboration skills, and a friendly and professional manner. We place particular emphasis on personal skills that contribute to our customers, both internal and external, experiencing good service.
In addition to these skills, it is important that your work is characterized by being methodical, precise, and structured, while also having the ability to handle multiple assignments in parallel and adapt to the needs of the operations.
Since the work involves many internal and external contacts and communication, you must have good proficiency in both Swedish and English.
We would like you to have relevant professional experience, for example within administration or service. Post-secondary education in the administrative field is particularly advantageous.
Other qualifications that are advantageous but not required are:
- Driver's license
- Experience working in the Google platform
- Experience working in several different operational systems
- Experience working in SchoolSoft (our learning platform)
- Experience working in Planday or another scheduling system
Other Information
The position is located at our central preschool on Radermachergatan, which offers excellent train connections for those traveling by public transport. Occasional visits to our other preschools in Eskilstuna may occur.
The position is available starting in August 2026, or as agreed.
Please note that the selection process begins immediately. However, due to summer holidays, the recruitment process will pause during weeks 29–30. Selection and interviews will resume thereafter on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
