Background:

We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Parts Life Cycle Coordinator to join our team.

Transport is at the heart of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to help shape sustainable transport solutions for tomorrow. If you are driven to make a global impact, work with cutting-edge technologies, and collaborate with top-tier teams—this could be your next move.

What You Will Do:

As a Parts Life Cycle Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the aftermarket by ensuring parts availability throughout the entire machine lifecycle—from new launches to legacy models.

You will take on a dual responsibility:

  • Regional Focus:

Support our Europe and International dealers by identifying critical parts, creating stock-up lists, and securing availability for both new and existing machines.

  • Center of Expertise Representation:

Represent the Center of Expertise for Parts and Logistics, collaborating in cross-functional forums to improve parts availability across all seven of our regions.

You will be part of a team dedicated to securing machine uptime and delivering best-in-class parts support. Your work will directly contribute to the development of our company's product launch process, helping reduce costs and increase uptime for our customers.

Your Future Team:

We are a collaborative and forward-thinking team with a strong can-do mindset, where bold ideas, high performance, and continuous development are encouraged. We value diversity and creativity as key strengths and are committed to driving digitalization and sustainability. You will join a cross-functional team focused on identifying spare parts levels and using data, analysis, and customer feedback to create stock-up proposals that boost availability.

Who You Are:

You are service-minded and thrive in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders—dealers, our regions, and project teams. You bring a continuous improvement mindset, a holistic view of logistics challenges, and a willingness to dive into data and details.

You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and business performance, and you embrace digital technologies to do so. You are comfortable communicating both verbally and through digital channels in a clear and structured way.

We Believe You:

  • Have a strong customer focus and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service

  • Show an interest in business and contribute to driving customer success

  • Have a strong technical interest and comfort working in various systems
