Arena Personal continues to grow and is looking for additional team members to join our successful team in Eskilstuna. As a Consultant Manager here, you will enjoy a varied daily routine where relationships with our clients, consultants, and candidates form the foundation of our work. You will work primarily with blue-collar consultants, especially within warehousing, transport, and logistics.

About the role
The role of Consultant Manager is highly varied; no two days are alike. You have overall responsibility and drive your own recruitment processes with continuous follow-up with both clients and candidates throughout the process. You create job specifications together with the client, write job ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews, check references, and make hires. Furthermore, you are responsible for daily staffing and have personnel responsibility for your consultants who are working on assignments. You handle multiple recruitment and staffing processes in parallel, and it is important to deliver on time with the highest possible quality. You are based at our office in central Eskilstuna and spend your days at the office as well as visiting our clients and consultants in Eskilstuna and the surrounding area.

Main responsibilities:

• Short- and long-term staffing/scheduling
• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
• Personnel responsibility/coaching/development
• Daily client contact with regular client visits
• Matching consultants with client assignments
• Upselling
• Accountability for results

To fit the role, we see that you:

• Have previous experience in the industry, preferably as a Consultant Manager focusing on blue-collar roles
• Have relevant experience in personnel responsibility and client contact
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English
• Are comfortable using various systems
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
