Financial Administrator with Focus on Association Grants

The Service and Technology Administration is Katrineholm Municipality's joint service and service provider. We are about 200 employees working to help Katrineholm achieve its vision of a Place for Life & Joy. We are responsible for the operation, management, and development of services in: meals, living environment, communication, active leisure, and service. Operational management and support coordinate several important support processes that contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-functioning operation. We work with finance and operational follow-up, registration and information management, processing of association grants, emergency issues, and property matters.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a financial administrator focusing on association grants, you will be involved in the administrative and financial processes regarding the municipality's grants to associations. You will ensure that applications, documentation, and payments are handled correctly and legally, while providing support and guidance to our local associations.

You will also handle invoices and work with other administrative tasks within the organization. The role involves close collaboration with the accountant, finance function, and association consultant.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school education focusing on finance/administration or equivalent competence. Experience in processing/financial administration is an advantage.

You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive your work forward. You are flexible and can quickly adapt when conditions change. As a person, you are unpretentious, easily collaborate with others, and contribute to a positive and functional work environment.

A B driver's license is required for the position.
