We are looking for a service-oriented and proactive administrator/receptionist for our client, a successful automotive company. You will work on-site at the office in Eskilstuna. The role is central to the operation and involves daily contact with visitors, partners, and suppliers. You are often the first person guests meet and contribute to a professional and welcoming impression.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receive and welcome visitors
• Handle administration
• Show guests to the right room and ensure that the premises are in order
• Be responsible for reception and administrative tasks related to collaboration areas
• Maintain contact with suppliers (e.g., catering and other external partners)
• Handle practical tasks in the kitchen and common areas, such as emptying the dishwasher and coffee machine
• Ensure that the premises and common areas function smoothly throughout the day
