Do you want a central role in a growing construction company where you can combine finance, payroll administration, and administration? Toltorp Bygg is now looking for a finance and payroll administrator for our operations in Katrineholm and Nyköping.

About the company We are an established construction company operating in southern and eastern Södermanland. The company has offices in both Katrineholm and Nyköping and currently consists of about 7 office staff and 23 skilled workers. Our operations are characterized by quality, long-term commitment, and close collaboration between office staff and production.

About the position As a finance and payroll administrator, you will have a central and important role in the organization. You will be responsible for ongoing financial administration, payroll management, and administrative routines that ensure the company's financial flows operate correctly and efficiently. You may be stationed at one of the locations, but the position requires weekly presence at both the office in Katrineholm and in Nyköping.

Responsibilities include

• Accounts receivable: invoicing, payment monitoring, reminders, and handling of ROT tasks

• Accounts payable: registration, coding, and payments

• Bank reconciliations and cash management

• Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements

• Preparing simple reports and summaries

• Archiving and document management

• Payroll administration

• Administration of the company's vehicles, including inspections and driving logs

• Ordering work clothes and office supplies

• Other personnel administrative matters such as training and ID06 cards

Requirements

• High school education with a focus on finance or equivalent

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Good knowledge of Excel

• Experience with financial systems, preferably Visma

Meritorious

• Previous experience in finance or administration

• Experience with project or construction-related systems, such as NEXT Project
