About the position
In the role of regional quality developer with us, you are the hub of our improvement work. Your mission is to promote and develop the quality of our operations by working both strategically and operationally. You collaborate closely with regional management and other key individuals to plan, implement, and evaluate initiatives that make a real difference for our clients.
Your main tasks include:
Guiding managers and employees in everything from documentation and self-inspections to journal systems and incident reporting.
Developing and implementing methods that ensure high quality in the region and following up on goal management.
Conducting monthly reviews of incidents and Lex Sarah, as well as stepping in and conducting investigations in acute situations or conflicts of interest.
Through spot checks and follow-ups on authority decisions, ensuring that our actions have the desired effect and that we always operate in accordance with applicable legislation and policies.
You will have a central role where you actively contribute to collaboration between our various divisions and regions, all while acting professionally, solution-focused, and in accordance with Humana's values.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is a secure and independent person with a well-developed analytical ability. You love order and structure, but are also flexible enough to find solutions when circumstances change. As a person, you are professional in your interactions and have a natural ability to inspire others to improve.
For this position, you are required to:
have a degree in social work or equivalent education
have experience of practical work in healthcare and social services, preferably in areas such as HVB, LSS, supported housing, foster care, and outpatient care
It is also meritorious if you:
have experience in managerial or coordinating roles or in-depth quality work
have knowledge of individual and family care, social services, and LSS legislation

Possible locations: Stockholm, Örebro, Nyköping, Jönköping, Gothenburg, or Lund
Employment type: Permanent with a six-month probationary period
Working hours: 100%, but as we have more needs in the organization, part-time (50%) may also be possible if it suits you. Please indicate this in your application.

Salary: By agreement, other compensation according to collective agreements
