Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility

This is a broad and operationally close HR role. You will work closely with managers and be an important support in both operational and more strategic HR issues. Examples of tasks include:

• Drive and manage the entire recruitment process
• Support managers in HR-related questions
• Provide support in negotiations
• Handle salary reviews
• Conduct and support employee conversations
• Work with “soft issues” and contribute to a healthy and positive work environment

Your Profile

We believe you have several years of experience in HR, preferably from a smaller company where you are used to working broadly and independently. You are confident in your skills, have a distance to the job, and thrive in a role where you can combine structure with a lot of human contact. We see that you:

• Have experience in HR work
• Are solution-focused and have a genuine interest in people
• Are energetic, unpretentious, and confident in yourself
• Thrive in a smaller team where collaboration and joy at work are important
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

Formal education is not a requirement – we value experience and personal qualities more highly.
