Summer Job in Finance at Swecon Anläggningsmaskiner AB

Swecon Anläggningsmaskiner AB is now looking for a summer intern for our accounting team at the head office in Eskilstuna. Here, you will be part of a team of a total of 15 people, where 10 work in accounting. With us, you will receive both support and responsibility, and a chance to develop within accounts payable.

About the Role

You will work with parts of our accounts payable process. This includes:

• Verification and registration of supplier invoices
• Matching of purchase invoices
• Setting up new suppliers
• Handling reminders
• Other administrative tasks, such as mail handling and document archiving

We work in the business system Microsoft Dynamics D365 and the invoice management system ExFlow. You do not need to know the systems beforehand – we will teach you.

We are looking for someone who enjoys order and tidiness and finds numbers exciting. You are meticulous, enjoy administrative tasks, and can handle volume without losing quality.

We prefer that you are studying finance at university or college and have some form of experience in similar tasks – but the most important thing is your attitude and willingness to learn. We will prioritize those who are in their first year of study.
