Lawgent AB is growing in legal education and is now looking for a course coordinator teacher in Water Law for a qualified assignment within higher vocational education.

About the assignment

We are looking for a senior lawyer with a good understanding of public law, construction law, and the regulations of the water sector who wants to take full responsibility for planning, implementation, and examination of a course at post-secondary level (SeQF level 5).

The assignment includes:

• Planning and quality assurance of the course structure

• Production of course materials (guidance, weekly assignments, reading list)

• Conducting teacher-led instruction (in-person and digitally)

• Guidance and feedback to students

• Design and grading of examinations (including re-examinations)

• Grading according to established criteria

• Dialogue on quality development

The course is conducted intensively over a limited period and is aimed at full-time students.

Course content (main areas)

The teaching covers, among other things:

• Swedish administrative law and the structure of the legal system

• Environmental Code and water-related legislation

• Planning and Building Act

• Act on General Water Services

• Public Procurement Act and procurement law

• Construction law (AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09)

• The relationship between Swedish law and EU law in the water area

We are looking for someone who

• Is a lawyer (LL.M./Juris Doctor)

• Has documented experience in water law, construction law, or public procurement

• Has experience in teaching, education, or qualified lecturing

• Is structured and used to working independently

• Can combine legal precision with pedagogical clarity

• Has good administrative skills and experience with digital learning platforms

Experience from higher vocational education or higher education is an advantage.
