The Technical Division operates its activities in-house and consists of five areas: Street/Park/Harbor, Nyköping Water, Waste Management, Meal Service, and Municipal Properties. These are supported by a project department, finance department, and an administrative team. The division employs about 400 permanent staff and has an annual turnover of over 1 billion SEK. Our clients are the Municipal Executive Board, the Environmental and Community Planning Committee, and the Culture and Leisure Committee.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service, structure, and accuracy. You should have good teamwork skills and be able to handle tasks with high integrity. Your duties will consist of supporting the division's information management throughout its lifecycle. We see that you are cheerful, responsible, helpful, and attentive. You enjoy working independently as well as in a group, have a professional attitude, and know how to build trust. It is important that you have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Your tasks will include:

• Registration of documents
• Archiving of documents
• Dissemination of documents
• Opening and distributing mail

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a completed high school education and preferably relevant post-secondary education. You should have good computer and system skills, and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You will work throughout the summer period from June to August. Training will be conducted as agreed. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of public access and confidentiality.
