About us
We are the Cardiology and Medicine Department at Kullbergska Hospital - a small department in a smaller hospital where a family atmosphere prevails. Here, nursing assistants and nurses work around the clock. We are now looking for a staffing assistant for our department.
Your responsibilities
As a staffing assistant in inpatient care, you are responsible for ensuring effective and patient-safe staffing. You work on behalf of and in close collaboration with the unit manager. The role requires good planning skills and the ability to handle rapid changes in the operation, as well as covering as a staffing assistant in another care department when needed. The tasks include personnel and schedule planning, and you support the manager with scheduling and vacation planning.
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has experience working in inpatient care, as it may be necessary to temporarily cover in nursing work due to sudden absences. You should also be:
- Solution-focused and flexible with the ability to handle rapid changes in the operation.
- Attentive, have good collaboration skills, and possess communicative confidence with good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Structured, responsible, and able to quickly adapt to changing conditions and work under time pressure.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Experienced in schedule planning and staffing, preferably within healthcare.
- Have a good understanding of working time regulations and staffing principles.
- Computer literate.
- Experience with the Heroma system is an advantage.

Employment form
Permanent employment. Start date by agreement.
