You will be involved in the scheduling process, and a significant task is providing operational support to the school's staff and students regarding IT and technical support. Your daily work is varied, alternating between structured work with qualified administration and participating in and driving projects. You will be part of the management team alongside the school's principal and vice principal. You actively contribute to ensuring that the school environment is pleasant for both students and staff and are responsible for coordinating the school's administrative, technical, and property-related issues, such as finances, premises, and maintenance. The role involves being a link between school management, property owners, and suppliers, managing everything from space planning to purchasing. You will conduct workplace environment rounds and work operationally based on our workplace environment annual cycle. You will work with and be responsible for property management and new construction/renovation, where you will take the lead in planning, maintenance, and liaising with our property owners. The work includes other administrative tasks such as managing our student management system, gathering statistics, invoice processing, and also being responsible for certain orders and procurements.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has worked with qualified administration - preferably with a connection to the school sector. You have a university degree with a focus on, for example, personnel, communication, or computer science, or something we assess as equivalent. You need to be accustomed to working in several different systems, and familiarity with the Medvind system is a requirement to handle the work with us. You have experience in driving workplace environment efforts. You also have experience in property management, which includes planning and monitoring the use of premises.

It is important that you are structured, meticulous, flexible, and enjoy meeting people and providing service. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are used to working at a fast pace. You are good at keeping the bigger picture in mind and contributing to a holistic perspective. A good ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing in Swedish is required as you will communicate a lot in your role. You should also enjoy being present on-site with us to be where the action is and support your colleagues in the best way possible. It is advantageous if you feel comfortable communicating in English as well. You need to be self-driven and able to take initiative and drive your work. However, collaboration with others is equally important, and you should enjoy cooperating and building connections.
