In this role, you will work in customer service responding to inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media. You will help manage complaints and returns in a professional and solution-oriented manner, guiding our customers through our products, services, and processes.

You will also work on problem-solving by quickly and effectively identifying and resolving customer issues. For more complex cases, you will ensure they are escalated to the right department to find the best possible solution.

To ensure our customers are always satisfied, you will follow up on their cases and gather valuable feedback. We also appreciate if you can actively suggest improvements to our processes based on customer needs – you make a difference!

The role also includes administrative tasks, such as documenting customer contacts in our CRM system, updating customer information, and creating reports on various cases.

Your profile:

We see that you have a high school education as a foundation and preferably have supplemented with courses or experience in customer service, communication, or feedback management. At least 1 year of experience in customer service is required, and if you have also worked with improvement work or been responsible for customer feedback, it is a big plus. Experience with systems like Salesforce, Dixa, or similar is advantageous – and if you are interested in training, health, or sports nutrition, that’s even better! You should be proficient in English. If you have Norwegian or Danish as your native language, that is a big plus.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make quick decisions. You have an empathetic ability and are attentive to the customer's needs while being responsible and self-driven. We also see that you are a team player who enjoys collaborating with the team and contributing to developing both work methods and customer experiences.
