JOB DESCRIPTION

The Environmental and Community Development Administration is responsible for regulatory activities in the areas of environment, construction, planning, and traffic. We are now looking for an administrator who will primarily work with case management and record-keeping, customer contacts, and the release of documents. The role also includes some financial administration, ordering, coding, and invoicing.

QUALIFICATIONS

The role requires you to be structured, well-organized, and place great importance on good service. We expect you to have administrative experience and be well-versed in various digital administrative systems. Since the role also involves customer contacts, we want you to have experience in service and customer relations. As it is a relatively small administration, you must also be able to work flexibly, independently, and take initiative. It is important for the role to master Swedish in both spoken and written form.
