About Us

The Assistive Technology Center is a regional service that provides a complete assistive device service for individuals with disabilities in the region and municipalities. The center is part of Region Sörmland's medical service division. The operation is funded through revenue and is conducted in collaboration between the region and the municipalities. The main operation is located in Eskilstuna with branches in Katrineholm and Nyköping.

We are organized into four sections (assistive device consultants, assistive device technicians, warehouse and logistics, and administration) and have approximately 80 employees in total. Everyone is highly committed to our mission to provide an efficient and accessible supply of assistive devices of the highest quality for the residents of the region.

We are currently looking for a summer substitute as an assistant to customer service in Eskilstuna during weeks 25-34, with the possibility of training during weeks 23-24, starting date by agreement.

Your Responsibilities

• Reception work.
• Staff our customer service phone.
• Handle incoming inquiries in our functional mailbox.
• Other administrative tasks as needed.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing the best service in contact with users and has a strong understanding of their situation. We believe you achieve this through good collaboration skills and a very positive attitude. You have an independent and structured work approach. You take responsibility, are meticulous and flexible, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Your Competence

• Experience with our business system Sesam 2 is an advantage.
• Good language skills in Swedish.

Requirements:

• Upper secondary education.
• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Experience from previous jobs with an administrative focus and service.

Employment Type

Summer substitute, full-time during weeks 25-34, with the possibility of training during weeks 23-24. Start date by agreement.
