Become a part of Transcom as a customer service representative for Tele2!

In this role, you will handle incoming calls from Tele2's customers. You will work to provide professional service, understand the customer's needs, and offer relevant solutions through upselling. At Transcom, we work together – you will have great responsibility, but you will never be alone.

In this role, you will:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone
  • Work with needs analysis to match the right service to the right customer
  • Contribute to high customer satisfaction through top-class service
  • Work with personal sales in customer dialogue
  • Take personal responsibility, with clear routines and strong support from the team and leaders

We are looking for someone who:

You thrive in meeting people and are motivated to provide good service and create value for the customer. You are curious, engaged, and want to develop in your role.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

  • Speak and write Swedish fluently
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Are open, service-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Have an interest in sales and customer service
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is a merit, but not a requirement – we place great importance on your personality and willingness to develop.
  • You must hold a high school diploma

Working hours and employment conditions

Weekdays: 07:45–19:15, Saturdays: 08:45–15:15. Sundays: Closed
