Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will enjoy a varied and social daily routine where you combine customer contact with structure and administration. You will base your work at the office but will also regularly visit customers to build relationships. This is a role for you if you thrive in social environments and enjoy meeting people – where you get to work closely with people while keeping track of the details behind the scenes. Working hours may vary between weekdays and weekends, as well as during daytime.

Your Profile

Have you just graduated? Or do you work/study part-time and are looking for a part-time job? Then this might be for you! In this role, you will have a varied and social daily routine where you combine relationship building with structure and administration. You will be a key link between the company and our customers – both from the office and out in the field. A large part of your time will be spent creating and developing good relationships through regular contact, meeting both new and existing customers. We believe that you, as a candidate, are a social and positive person who genuinely enjoys meeting people and building relationships. You are communicative and receptive, which allows you to quickly build trust in your interactions. At the same time, you are structured and detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping things organized in your tasks. This job is suitable for you if you have another primary commitment.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has:

• A completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Good computer skills
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
