At Ramirent, we help companies and their employees work safer and more efficiently through high-quality machinery and safety solutions. We are now looking for a service-oriented Inside Sales Representative who wants to help develop our customer center and build strong customer relationships.

About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will become a key person in the customer center and the first point of contact for our customers. You will help them find the best solutions for their projects and ensure a smooth and professional experience. No day is the same, and you will work with a combination of sales, customer advice, and administration.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide professional advice and help customers find the right machinery and equipment.
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships through good service and attentiveness.
• Handle quotation preparation, order administration, and credit checks.
• Keep up to date with our products to provide the best recommendations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least a high school education, and experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and has a solution-oriented attitude.
• Has a strong sense of service and enjoys building relationships.
• Is computer literate and has experience working in business systems.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English.
• Holding a B-driver's license and a forklift license is an advantage.
