Your Role
In this role, you will have broad responsibilities focused on administration, combined with elements of HR work. You will work closely with management and colleagues, ensuring that internal processes run smoothly in everyday life.
The work is varied and includes everything from preparing materials and reports to supporting managers in personnel-related matters.

Examples of tasks:

• Ensure structure and quality in administrative processes
• Work in systems such as Fortnox and project portals
• Act as an operational support in the organization, both high and low level
• Support managers in HR matters, such as labor law, contracts, and personnel cases

The position is located in Katrineholm, and the work is primarily on-site.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who have a broad administrative background combined with HR experience. You are confident in labor law issues and thrive in a role where you handle several different types of tasks in parallel.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in administrative work with elements of HR
• Basic knowledge in economics
• Good understanding of labor law, contracts, and employer responsibility
• System proficiency, preferably from Fortnox or similar

As a person, you are structured, flexible, and unpretentious. You are communicative and have an easy time collaborating, as the role involves many contact surfaces both internally and externally. You contribute to a positive work environment and thrive in a business with high tempo and fast decision-making processes.
Experience from the contracting or construction industry is an advantage.

About Bygg & Schakt
You will be employed by Bygg & Schakt, which today consists of approximately 65 employees. In the role, you will also work closely with Betonggruppen, which comprises an additional 20 employees, giving you a broad contact surface and the opportunity to support several parts of the business.
Bygg & Schakt is a contracting business with a turnover of approximately 400 million SEK and a large network of subcontractors. The company operates in construction and excavation and is characterized by a family culture with short decision-making paths and a strong drive forward.
