About the School

Praktiska Gymnasiet Nyköping offers students a concept where theory is mixed with practical exercises both at school and at workplaces. At Praktiska, we hold ourselves to high standards to create the best conditions for a learning and enjoyable education. Our teaching is characterized by flexibility, proximity, and practical learning. Our program offerings include: Childcare & Leisure, Plumbing & HVAC, Refrigeration, Welding, Operational Safety & Maintenance, and Vocational Introduction. Your Role

We are looking for an Administrator for Praktiska in Nyköping. In your role as an administrator, you will support the school leadership and teachers with administrative work. You will work in several different administrative systems handling course changes, schedules, registration of applications and course offerings, and will handle inquiries and cases from clients, teachers, students, and guardians.

As a person, you are structured, relational, flexible, efficient, meticulous, and innovative. You enjoy your work and have good organizational skills, working hard to provide our staff with the right conditions to offer our students world-class education.

You enjoy providing excellent service, contribute to our joint work, and understand the importance of good collaboration and feedback. It is an advantage if you are proficient in programs such as Schoolsoft, Skola 24, Plan Digital, and are comfortable in Google/Office environments.

You will become part of our entire work team, which includes administration, grade administration, exam administration, and study and career guidance, as well as school leaders, teachers, and principals. Together, we work for a pleasant workplace and for students to reach their goals.

Your Profile

• Experience in corresponding tasks for at least 2 years.
• A high school education is required. Additional administrative education is meritorious.
• Very good computer skills, good knowledge of the Office package, Excel, and various administrative systems such as Schoolsoft.
• Meticulous, structured, efficient, and stress-resistant; enjoy working in a changing environment.
• Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.
• Experience in the education sector is meritorious.
• Service-oriented with the ability to take initiative.
