HR Specialist in Rehabilitation
The HR department consists of HR consultants, specialists in rehabilitation and labor law, health developers, and an HR coordinator, all bringing diverse experiences and knowledge that contribute to a high level of collective competence. We work both operationally and strategically together with the municipality's managers, and we are now looking for a new HR Specialist in Rehabilitation. The department is in a phase of change, offering you significant opportunities to influence, contribute, and be part of the journey towards new ways of working. Job Responsibilities
In the role of Specialist in Rehabilitation, you are responsible for providing qualified support to managers and colleagues in rehabilitation processes, ensuring that our interventions comply with current legislation and guidelines. You work closely with managers and HR colleagues and serve as a key support in both analysis and development. You will become part of a team with driven colleagues where we help each other succeed in our assignments and recognize the importance of sharing knowledge and experiences.
Your duties include supporting the HR department and municipal managers in complex rehabilitation cases across the entire organization, from initiation to conclusion, in planning and follow-up. A key part of the assignment is to identify risk factors related to sickness absence and long-term sick leave and actively translate them into concrete improvement initiatives. You will develop, implement, and follow up on routines, methods, and working practices within work-oriented rehabilitation, using environmental scanning as support and inspiration. You will also conduct training on rehabilitation and work environment.
The assignment also involves collaborating with various parties, such as occupational health services, healthcare providers, authorities, and trade unions. You will analyze statistics and translate this into reports and the daily work of the HR department. You are also primarily responsible for our IT system support within rehabilitation.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have an academic education in rehabilitation, such as a licensed occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. The role requires in-depth knowledge of work-oriented rehabilitation. You have experience working with rehabilitation from a preventive and promotional perspective and are confident in providing close, consultative, and practical support to managers and colleagues, preferably within municipal operations. Your competence allows you to easily understand the needs of different operations and contribute with structure, clarity, and quality in the rehabilitation work as the employer's representative.
Documented experience in rehabilitation, work capacity assessments, workplace adjustments, and sickness absence prevention is a requirement for the position. Experience in collaboration with healthcare, rehab coordinators, occupational health services, and authorities is meritorious, as well as knowledge of the roles of different actors in the work-oriented rehabilitation process and associated labor law regulations. You must have unrestricted proficiency in the Swedish language with very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. We prefer that you have experience with and enjoy giving lectures and training.
You have the ability to manage your own work regarding work methods, necessary decisions within your area of responsibility, and driving processes forward to results. You adapt easily when the conditions for your work change and see opportunities in change. You act without pretension to promote your own and the group's development and continued work. You need to be structured in your role and confident in working with statistics and follow-up. We value collaboration skills, both within the team and externally, very highly.
Salary: Monthly salary.
