Your mission:

At Studsvik, HR is a dedicated team working across a broad spectrum – from administration and labor law to HR analytics and employee relations. At our company, the work is always varied. However, your role has two extra dimensions that make it unique.

Who are we looking for?

You have at least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably from a technical or safety-focused environment, and a relevant academic background in HR, behavioral science, or similar. But just as important as your experience is how you work – you are a sharp problem solver who thrives close to the organization, managers, and employees. You like to get things done.
