About the Staffing Unit
Over the past few years, the Staffing Unit has undergone a transformation, shifting from a local staffing unit to functioning as a central support unit for the Social and Care Administration's operations regarding schedules, staffing, and recruitment of hourly substitutes. Currently, the unit consists of a unit manager, a personnel coordinator, a staffing planner, a staffing coordinator, and ten resource planners.
