Your mission:

Who are we looking for?

You have at least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably from a technical or safety-focused environment, and a relevant academic background in HR, behavioral science, or similar. But just as important as your experience is how you work – you are a sharp problem solver who thrives close to the organization, managers, and employees. You like to get things done for real.
