Operational Business Developer – Create a WOW customer experience and increase rentals.

Do you want to help develop future customer service and rental processes in a business where the customer experience is at the center? We are now looking for an operational business developer who wants to combine development work with close and active work out in the operations. With us, you will have an important role in developing working methods, customer experiences, and internal processes – always with the needs of the business and the customer in focus. The position is a fixed-term employment lasting from September for one year.

Responsibilities

In this role, you work close to the operations together with employees, customers, and other functions in the organization to identify areas for development and create smarter, more efficient working methods. You drive improvement work from analysis and ideas to implementation and follow-up, focusing on customer service, rentals, and internal processes. The work involves analyzing the current state, leading workshops and improvement initiatives, and ensuring that new working methods work in practice. You collaborate with IT and other support functions regarding digital solutions and system development that contribute to a better customer experience and a more efficient way of working. The role is both operational and developmental, meaning you also participate in the daily work to gain a good understanding of the business's and customers' needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience in business development, process work, or change management and who thrive in a role where you get to combine analysis, development, and operational work. You have post-secondary education in areas such as business development, service, or another area that the employer deems relevant. We also welcome you who have other education combined with relevant work experience.

It is meritorious if you have experience leading workshops, driving improvement work, and collaborating cross-functionally between different parts of an organization. We would like you to have experience from the real estate industry, rental operations, or other service-oriented activities, as well as knowledge of process mapping. Experience with CRM, case management, or rental systems is also an advantage, as is the ability to analyze working methods and translate business needs into concrete improvements.

You thrive working closely with both people and processes and are motivated by creating real change in everyday life. You like to be in the middle of the operations, be involved in the daily work, and have a natural focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and developing new working methods. As a person, you are engaged, solution-oriented, and communicative, with the ability to build trust and create good collaborations throughout the organization. You have strong personal drive, are sensitive to the needs of the business, and thrive in a role where you get to turn ideas into concrete results that make a difference for both customers and employees.
