The requirement targets individuals who need support in achieving self-sufficiency. This means that the individual is offered various activities. These can include work-based practice, competence-enhancing measures, language instruction, motivational programs, and structured job searching. The purpose of the activity requirement is to break isolation and help the individual achieve self-sufficiency. Your workplace is located centrally in Eskilstuna, meaning you have easy commuting access.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You contribute to preventing irregularities and work actively to ensure high quality in the operations. The assignment also includes internal control through, for example, audits and spot checks. The work involves both documentation and administrative tasks, as well as recurring work moments with clear routines.

In this role, you collaborate with civil society and the region, as well as other internal and external actors. Your assignment is broad and varied, which means you need to feel confident in supporting various tasks and areas of responsibility as needed. The position may also develop over time and involve new tasks or responsibilities in other areas in the future.

You monitor results to contribute to the development and quality of the operations. The role functions as a support function between managers and employees, where you work to simplify daily life for both parties. An important part of the work is listening to the needs of employees and forwarding feedback and improvement proposals to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a Bachelor's degree as a social worker or behavioral scientist with a passing grade in the course on social law, or alternatively another Bachelor's degree that we assess as equivalent. You have documented experience in public administration or quality assurance. We require you to have work experience in change management and good documentation habits. Experience with steering documents is meritorious.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. As a person, you are well-organized, self-reliant, and willing to take initiative. You have a good ability to build relationships and collaborate with different actors at multiple levels. Furthermore, you have analytical skills that enable you to translate needs into concrete actions.
