What awaits you with us?
Join Studsvik’s HR team and take on a role where you actually make a difference – strategically and operationally, close to the management and right in the heart of the business.
Why this role is unique:
We operate within the nuclear sector – an industry with an extra layer of regulations, safety requirements, and compliance responsibilities that make certain HR matters slightly more complex and significant. At Studsvik, operational excellence is not just a buzzword; it is a living part of how we drive modern HR work. We continuously improve and streamline processes – together. Exciting? We think so.
Your mission:
At Studsvik, HR is an engaged team that works broadly – from administration and labor law to HR analytics and employee relations. The work is always varied. However, your role has two extra dimensions that make it unique.
Talent Management – you drive the work of identifying, developing, and retaining talent within the organization. It is about building an organization that grows with its people.
Work Environment – not just well-being, but something deeper. In a high-risk operation like ours, a safe and inclusive workplace is something that truly matters.
As a natural part of all this, you coach and support our managers in HR matters – strengthening their leadership and helping them become the leaders their teams deserve.
Who are we looking for?
You have at least 5 years of broad HR experience and are accustomed to independently driving operational and strategic HR issues in close collaboration with the business. A background from a technical or safety-focused industry is seen as an asset, and you hold a relevant academic degree in HR, leadership, or organizational behavior. Just as important as your experience is how you work – you are a sharp problem solver who thrives close to the organization, managers, and employees. You like to get things done for real.
About Studsvik:
With over 75 years of experience in nuclear technology and services in radiological environments, Studsvik is a player that truly counts. We are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, have over 500 employees in 7 countries, and serve customers worldwide. Our mission? To help the world move towards more reliable and sustainable energy – one customer at a time.
At Studsvik, every employee’s contribution truly matters. Therefore, we offer high flexibility, excellent development opportunities – and a job where it is actually fun to come to work in the morning.
