Job Description

Drivhuset is the employment unit of Oxelösund Municipality. We offer support and activities to individuals who are outside the labor market, with the aim of strengthening their skills and opportunities for work, studies, and self-sufficiency.

As a Job Coach, you have an important and meaningful role where you make a real difference in people's lives. You work to support and guide individuals who are outside the labor market on their path toward work, studies, and self-sufficiency.

You map out participants' needs, resources, and prerequisites, and create individual plans focused on progression toward self-sufficiency. A central part of the role is to ensure that activity requirements are met through structured and individualized interventions. You guide, coordinate, and systematically follow up on activities and results, as well as collaborate with and provide feedback to referring parties. You match participants to suitable activities and are responsible for ongoing follow-up in dialogue with supervisors and employers.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with several actors, such as the Social and Care Administration, the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), the Region, other authorities, and the business community. You also plan, lead, and participate in various group activities within Drivhuset's operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree, e.g., in behavioral sciences or social work.
• Experience in guiding and coaching job seekers to achieve self-sufficiency.
• Experience in work rehabilitation.
• Good knowledge of labor market issues and politically directed operations.
• Experience with documentation.
• Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles.
