In this role, you will be part of the Vocational Higher Education unit. Within the unit, you will work alongside educational leaders, qualified educational administrators, marketers, case handlers, business developers, and the business manager. Our operations are in constant change and development, so we are looking for you who thrive in such an environment.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a team with other educational administrators, and your main task will be to work with the daily administration and student services regarding our vocational higher education programs. This includes, among other things, working with study documentation, such as grade management and authority reporting, exam management, and writing minutes at leadership group meetings. You will work closely with our educational leaders and have frequent contact with students and course coordinators.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of qualified educational administrator at the vocational higher education institution:

• You have high competence in educational administration, preferably within vocational higher education.
• You work proactively and are self-sufficient with a strong service orientation.
• You have very good ability to communicate verbally and in writing and experience in writing meeting minutes.
• You have good IT skills, such as: Teams, Office suite, student administration systems, document management systems, and learning platforms.
• You enjoy working in a team.
• You have the ability to see connections and how each part contributes to the whole.
• You have high social competence.
• You have relevant education at least at the upper secondary level.

As a person, you are:

• Detail-oriented and like to have structure and order.
• Easy to collaborate with.
• Flexible and non-hierarchical.
