World-class Customer Service Representative
to our facility in Eskilstuna, working within the business segments Healthcare & Elderly Care and Hospitality & Restaurant.
If you are a person who sees opportunities and solutions, are service-oriented, and have a knack for administration, you will become a key player in our customer service team.
Together with your colleagues at the facility, you will provide first-class service to our customers through overarching customer responsibility combined with daily administrative and operational tasks. Here, you will be part of a customer service team of 6 people, and the facility has a total of approximately 280 employees.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you are an independent and engaged person who is passionate about providing service, nurturing our existing customers, and driven by making good business deals. You will join a customer service team consisting of driven and engaged colleagues.
The group works in close collaboration with our distribution and production departments, as well as with salespeople and customer managers.
Specifically, the role of Customer Service Representative involves:
Customer responsibility for selected customers (contract follow-up, KPI tracking, project management during start-up/conclusion/collection changes, training, customer visits)
Handling incoming inquiries from customers and providing fantastic service
Proactively initiating activities for a positive customer experience
Serving as a support and service function for all customers at the facility
Informing customers about all our product areas and news
Collaboration with sales, production, distribution, and warehouse
Handling claims, debiting/crediting
Ongoing administrative tasks such as order processing, contract registration, updating price lists, etc.
Average of 3 travel days/week in the Mälaren Valley region (travel is during working hours, overnight stays may occur but are rare)

What can you do? For the role of Customer Service Representative, experience with customer contacts and service is a must, and we also see that you have at least a high school education. You are also analytical and have the ability to handle and sort data and draw factual conclusions. You have very good computer skills, and a driver's license is required for the position.
Experience from the industry and a basic understanding of workflows in the business is advantageous.
