We are looking for an HR and Payroll Consultant for a temporary position starting after the summer and running until August 2027. Here, you will step directly into a critical assignment with a new payroll system, a clear mandate, and a focus on structure, methodology, and quality.

As of April 1st this year, we took the step towards a more business-oriented, clearer, and more efficient handling of all our payroll-related matters. At that time, current external resources were moved in-house, and now we need to fill a temporary position – that’s where you come in. Organizationally, you will belong to the HR department, working alongside colleagues in various roles who all work closely with the business and contribute to the company culture.

Your Responsibilities

You will have overall responsibility for payroll administration and serve as a consultative support to managers and employees on payroll and HR-related matters. You will work independently but in close collaboration with the HR team and the business operations.

This means you will:

• Support managers in payroll and personnel matters.
• Interpret collective agreements and provide support in more labor law-related questions.
• Participate in developing processes, methodology, and working methods.

Education and Previous Experience

We are interested in you if you like structure, think in processes, and dare to take a leading role when things need to be built up or restructured. You take responsibility, thrive in collaboration, and have a service-oriented and pedagogical communication style, even when the pace is fast.

You have:

• Post-secondary education in payroll or equivalent experience.
• Experience with pension administration, payroll liabilities, employer declarations, and feel confident working with the entire payroll process.
• Good knowledge of labor law and collective agreements, very good system proficiency in payroll systems, and good skills in Excel.
• High proficiency in Swedish.
