As a response service agent, your role is crucial for good customer experiences and effective customer interaction. You will receive incoming calls and assist customers through engaged and meaningful service.

• Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and engagement

• Ensure that our customers' calls are answered in a timely manner with a high degree of service, quality, and efficiency

• Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader

Previous experience in service is an advantage, but not a requirement - we provide you with the tools to succeed!

• Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing

• Good knowledge of English

• Computer literate

• Approved high school education

• Employment type: Initially, we offer a needs-based employment with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person.

• Working hours: 07.00-23.00 every day of the week - we would like you to be flexible and able to work weekdays and weekends.
